Tonya Ness worked closely with us from bringing the car in for repairs, getting an inspection, estimate, and approvals with insurance. When we picked up our car, the car was in great condition and we had a smooth process getting back on the road.

Even took me to the service department; which was clean & met the service manager. He is an amazing salesman. In picking my car I had the opportunity to have Dennis as my finance manager. I have purchased many new cars with my husband in the past; & this is the first time my gas tank was full, my VT inspection paid in full & registration with no charge; that was awesome. I went to Handy's with a few vehicles in mind that I was interested in. Jacob worked with me to find the right car and I purchased a 2020 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. He was able to steer me toward the car that fit my needs and made the process easy with no pressure.
